Writer’s Track Highlights

Dozens of talented writers have become professionally published authors after participating in Pitchapalooza. You could be the next! The Book Doctors, literary agent Arielle Eckstut and bestselling author David Henry Sterry, are back to hear your book pitch at BookCon! At Pitchapalooza, writers will be selected at random to give one-minute pitches for their book ideas to an all-star panel of publishing experts. Judges critique (in a kind and gentle way) idea, style, potential in the marketplace, and much more. The winner receives an introduction to an appropriate agent or publisher for his/her book. Twenty Pitchapalooza participants will be selected at random for a chance to pitch their books from everyone who signs up in advance.
