BookConline FAQs

BookCon will return in 2021

While we cannot move forward with a physical event in 2020, we are finding new and different ways to connect our publishers, authors and readers to celebrate books virtually, and we look forward to coming back stronger in 2021.

To all of our fans and customers – our hearts are with you and we thank you for your patience and support as we all navigate these challenging times.

What is BookConline?

Just because we can’t physically come together, does not mean we can’t continue to do what we love most, talk about books! We want to give our fans the opportunity to experience the bookish content you crave from the comfort of your home and at no additional cost to you.

BookConline will feature sessions throughout each day with different authors and publishers to give you a front row look at debut books and behind-the-scenes peeks at some of your favorite titles. Plus - ARC giveaways, quizzes, trivia, and more!

Do I need to sign up for BookConline?

There’s no sign up – BookConline is completely free and open to everyone!

How do I participate in BookConline?

Make sure you like BookCon's Facebook page and join BookCon's Facebook group so you're ready for all the fun on May 30 & 31. You can view the session listings to find out whether a session is taking place on the Facebook page or the Facebook group.

Why are there overlapping session times?

Sessions will be available on both our Facebook page and Facebook group. This way, we’re able to bring you double the amount of sessions! If there’s two sessions you want to see happening at the same time, don’t worry, you’ll be able to go back and tune into any sessions immediately after the livestream on either the Facebook page or the Facebook group, depending on where it was originally livestreamed.

Will BookColine sessions be available for viewing after the livestream?

Yes, sessions will be available immediately after the livestream on either the Facebook page or the Facebook group, depending on where it was originally livestreamed. We will also be posting the sessions to YouTube after BookConline has taken place.

Will there be more virtual content after BookConline?

Yes! BookCon is also running a Virtual Author Tour Series, where we will continue to provide free online sessions for fans!
