o   This show includes a marshalling yard. If you are shipping to show site, make sure to note for your carrier that all carriers must check into the Marshalling Yard before arriving to the show site address and provide this address to your carrier when shipping to show site.

o   Please ensure your driver has the following information to expedite unloading and delivery to your booth: Show Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth #. The marshalling yard hours are:

• Thursday, April 16, 2026: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Friday, April 17, 2026: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Double check the dates for these services by going to the forms in this manual. Show Management will not be held accountable for any misprints to any of the dates that are listed below. The responsibility lies with the exhibitor.

Note the DEADLINE DATES - completing these early can save you up to 30%.

FREEMAN is the Official General Contractor of the BookCon 2026 and will maintain an Exhibitor Service Center during set up, show days and dismantling. All other Official Show Contractors will also be set up in this area as well. All inquiries regarding booth services and orders should be made at the Exhibitor Service Center including booth furnishings, labor, freight, utilities, and special show services.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS REGARDING NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS

The companies listed below have been appointed as the only Official Contractors providing the stated services for this event. Show Management carefully considers the selection of Official Contractors based on quality of service, variety of products, price, and reputation. Since these contractors frequently work on more than one show with us, they value the business of our customers and provide quality products and services.

Some companies may misrepresent themselves as being an official contractor so please be sure to check the list in the exhibitor manual or give us a call.

Things to watch for if you are considering the services of a non-official contractor are hidden charges for material handling, labor, and shipping that you might not pay otherwise (for example on carpet rental), control over delivery time, availability during move in and leverage if something goes wrong. Also be advised that non-official contractors will need to abide by the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor procedures, provide insurance certificates, etc. in order to gain access to the Show Floor.

Supplier A-Z Deadline Grid 

From time to time, exhibitors may be contacted by third parties purporting to sell data on the attendees of BookCon. These offers are FRADULENT and are in no way connected with BookCon or RX Global. RX Global does NOT sell any attendee data and any such emails should be treated as spam. If you are ever in doubt about the authenticity of a potentially fraudulent offer related to BookCon, please contact your BookCon Sales Representative.

This is a comprehensive list of Official Suppliers of BookCon 2026. If you do not see a supplier's name in this list when you receive correspondence then you are not ordering from an Official Supplier. Please consult the list below or contact the Operations team if you are in any doubt.

It has come to our attention that our customers are increasingly being targeted by companies claiming to supply exhibitor/visitor/participant lists and details relating to our events and products at a cost.  Be vigilant – this data is likely fraudulent.  If you receive any such unsolicited offers, please do not respond unless you have checked with us first.
