Use of Event Name
Our event name should be written as BookCon, with a capital ‘B’ and capital ‘C’.
Use of Event Logo
The BookCon logo or logomark may be used in digital promotional materials only by approved exhibitors, partners, authors, sponsors, and guests who are officially participating in the event. Logo usage is not permitted for any brands or individuals not affiliated with BookCon.
Use of the BookCon name or logo on merchandise is limited and will only be considered for approval when it is used to indicate that a product or design was exclusively made for BookCon. In these cases, the exhibitor’s own brand, artwork, or product must remain the primary focus.
Merchandise that features the BookCon name or logo as the main or dominant design element will not be approved.
The use of the BookCon logo must be approved by the BookCon team prior to being printed or promoted. Please e-mail us a sample of how you plan to use the logo and we will provide feedback quickly. Approval is at our team's sole discretion, and we reserve the right to deny use for any reason.
