Are you interested in hosting a panel, workshop, or interactive session at BookCon? You've come to the right place!

Our goal is to deliver content that will excite, thrill, and edify our attendees, and we're accepting submissions for fun, diverse, and creative programming. Whether you have a fully formed panel or workshop idea, or an individual author to submit to participate in the program, we want to hear about it.

Please know that we anticipate receiving many more submissions than we can accommodate. We will review each submission carefully and curate the best possible program for our fans. All submissions will receive a response by mid-December.

The deadline for applications is October 31, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Submissions received after that date will not be considered.
