BookCon Reservations
Peoples' plans can change! Please check back periodically because fans can cancel reservations at any time if it no longer suits their schedule. This means spots may open up before and during the event.
Make sure you have transferred your tickets for family or friends. Unless you are a minor, everyone must have their tickets assigned to their own account in order to make reservations.
Authenticate your account. You can do this now at bookcon26.reserve. You can do this now.
The page will switch over to the pre-queue page early in the morning on reservation day before the queue opens at noon ET.
Some Friendly Reminders:
Arriving early to the pre-queue does not affect you rplace in line (just be there right before 12:00pm ET)
You cannot book overlapping reservations
If you don’t see a reservation you wanted coming up, it is entirely booked. However, you may check back periodically in case someone drops one back into the pool.
When a reservation is in your “cart”, it’s yours (so take your time making your selections!)
Only Main Stage panels will have reservation spots available
Premium VIPs do not need to make reservations for panels. (They won’t even show up as options)
When you finish making reservations, you will receive a confirmation email (these take 5-10 minutes to hit your inbox)
Cntrl + F is your best friend to find reservations quickly
Do not use an incognito browser or clear your cache/cookies after authenticating. You will have to re-authenticate if you do so.
A Note:
Certain authors and panels are extremely popular and demand is very high. They’re available on a first-come, first-serve basis once you’re through the queue.
It’s important to remember that these reservations are not the end-all, be-all. We have plenty of wonderful authors and panels that do not require reservations.
Be sure to also follow your favorite authors and exhibitors as they may have more in-booth appearances to announce closer to the show!
One more thing:
