Several sacred texts have vanished from the BookCon library, scattered across the show and hidden from all but the most determined readers. Your journey begins here. Travel through BookCon, scan the hidden runes (QR codes) with your compass (mobile device), and reclaim these lost tomes before the final page turns on the weekend. Should you fail, these stories may be lost to legend forever...
How do I play?
- Make sure you have a ticket assigned to your email in My Tickets
- Link your email in the BookCon mobile app, presented by Booktrovert
- Follow clues to find the lost tomes trophies across the show. (You'll look for QR Codes in their special 18” x 22” frame.)
- Scan QR codes with the Treasure Hunt Scanner (click on Treasure Hunt from the Explore page)
- Unlock all trophies for a chance to win! Winners will be selected after BookCon 2026, so enjoy the show!
What do I win?
- One grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift card for ThingsBook, a Moleskin notebook, and a pair of Weekend tickets for BookCon 2027
- Seven second prize winners will receive a pair of Weekend tickets for BookCon 2027
